Now Trending Landing Page

Role: Cross-Functional Project Manager at Amazon Fashion

Focus: Data Science, Content Strategy, Product Discovery

 

Problem

Customers relied on Amazon’s Now Trending page to discover relevant products, but the experience struggled to keep pace with fast changing customer behaviors. Trend identification was reactive, and execution across desktop and mobile required tighter alignment between data and content teams.

 

Approach

I led the optimization of the Now Trending landing page across desktop and mobile, collaboratively working with data science and content strategy. I managed a cross functional team of content creators, subject matter experts, and fashion specialists, while partnering closely with data scientists and program managers.

I translated complex customer behavior data into clear, actionable product selection strategies that teams could execute consistently. I also helped improve the underlying machine learning (ML) and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) models used to surface emerging fashion trends, shifting the experience from reactive to predictive.

 

Outcome

  • Increased click through rates by 22% through data informed curation

  • Improved conversion by 15% by prioritizing emerging customer trends

  • Maintained full consistency across desktop and mobile experiences

  • Increased team autonomy through quality training and visual standards

Asana Performance Dashboard

Role: Team Manager at Amazon

Focus: Operational Analytics and Team Enablement

 

​Problem

Managers lacked a single source of truth for productivity and audit data. Reporting was manual, time consuming, and inconsistent, which slowed decision making and reduced alignment across teams.

 

Approach

I designed and launched a centralized performance dashboard that consolidated productivity and audit metrics into a real time view. I partnered with stakeholders to define meaningful metrics, built clear reporting logic, and drove adoption through training and documentation.

The dashboard replaced manual reporting and became the primary tool for tracking performance and coaching conversations.

 

Outcome

  • Achieved 100% adoption within the first month

  • Reduced one on one preparation time by 45 minutes per manager

  • Improved performance visibility across 60 employees

Ramp Up Framework for LOA

Role: Team Manager at Amazon

Focus: Process Design and People Operations

 

Problem

Employees returning from leave experienced inconsistent ramp up expectations, while managers relied on manual check ins to track progress. This created confusion, uneven performance, and unnecessary administrative work.

 

Approach

I proactively built a standardized ramp up framework with clear milestones and automated progress tracking. I created a shared Asana dashboard that aligned employees and managers on expectations, timelines, and outcomes.

The system replaced ad hoc check ins with structured visibility and accountability.

 

Outcome

  • Reduced manager intervention time by 75%
